Absolutely Perfect – Our Group's New Favorite Stay in Savannah! Our trip took an unexpected turn when our original Airbnb flooded, but fate and a last minute booking led us to this stunning historic home with Sid Was Here—and it was absolutely perfect! The location on Oglethorpe Square was unbeatable—walkable to River Street, City Market, Forsyth, The Lucas, Savannah Theatre, restaurants, & shopping. Street parking wasn't bad at all. We loved hearing horse-drawn carriages pass by and catching snippets of ghost tours from the charming porches. The setup was ideal for our large group, with five stylish apartments (including a carriage house in the back), giving everyone their own space while still allowing us to gather. Highlights included morning coffee on the porches, late-night chats on the rooftop deck, and relaxing in the theater room with massage chairs. A clean place and plush beds made for a great stay. We’ve officially found our annual Savannah getaway spot—thank you, Sid!!!
