It is a 30-minute drive from historic downtown Savannah, Fort Stewart, and Savannah-Hilton Head International Airport. Within Richmond Hill itself, there are options for dining and shopping, and many parks that are perfect for recreation.

The home has three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and a bathroom. A second bedroom has a queen. The smallest of the bedrooms, with a twin bed, doubles as an office-away-from-work. High-speed Internet is part of the package you’ll get. The living room has new furniture, including reclining couches. We hope you’ll kick off your shoes and feel at home here, whether it is for a short visit or an extended stay. The back has a small, fenced-in yard for pets.

The driveway can fit up to 3 cars. Trash day is Friday and recycling is every other Friday. Dog Breeds NOT Allowed are Pit Bulls, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, Chow Chows, Presa Canarios and Wolf Hybrids. Violators will be asked to vacate the property without any refund. Keyless entry. This home rents for 30 nights or more. Starter supplies are provided, but guests will need to supply their own consumables such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, etc. Landlord is a license real estate agent in the State of Georgia.
