Every season is "Summertime" in this brightly decorated, watermelon-themed home in Richmond Hill, just 30 minutes’ drive from downtown and Savannah-Hilton Head International Airport. This historic home lies in a quiet neighborhood, with a huge live-oak tree in the front yard, and a fenced-in area in the back for pets. It rents for 30 days or more. It’s a nice place for families moving into or out of the area, looking for temporary accommodations.

The main house has three bedrooms: a queen, a double, and one with 2 twin beds. Each bedroom has its own, distinct design. Every bedroom has watermelons. Of course! It has one bathroom. A separate studio apartment in the back yard has one queen bed and another bathroom. There is space here for office work, as well. The back yard is fenced, and there is plenty of room to exercise pets. The home lies in Richmond Hill, close to some of the area’s best schools. Local shopping and dining are just a few minutes away. Interstate 95 is 6 minutes’ drive away, giving guests access to other coastal attractions like Jekyll Island, outlet shopping, and golf. Fort Stewart lies just 30 minutes away. EV Charger is available at the property.

Driveway is long enough to hold multiple cars. The price includes all linens, dishes, pots and pans, etc. The only things guests need to bring are their clothes and toiletries. This home is already priced for longer stays, typically 30-90 nights but the length of stay is negotiable. We do not reduce the price for longer stays, since this home is already priced for that. This home rents for 30 nights or more. Guests may stay as long as they need, as long as the minimum stay is met. Guests will need to supply their own consumables such as toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags. Starter supplies are provided. Dog Breeds not Allowed are Pit Bulls, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, Chow Chows, Presa Canarios and wolf hybrids. Violators will be asked to vacate the property without any refund. Landlord is a license real estate agent in the State of Georgia.
