The home has two bedrooms (one queen and one full-sized bed) and one bathroom. The walls of the living room and bedrooms are decorated with art painted by the owner, a graduate of Savannah College of Art & Design (SCAD). There is a full kitchen for guests to use, including a table and chairs. A recently installed heating and air conditioning system guarantees a comfortable experience throughout the year, regardless of the outside temperature. A washer and dryer are available in a shed in the backyard. There is a fenced-in patio behind the home that is shared with the other duplex unit.
